Fun Nachos

If you want fast and easy Nachos to  check out this recipe   Fast and Easy Nachos  1 pound ground beef Meat flavoring of your choice (we use Mrs Dash) 1 (18 ounces) package restaurant-style tortilla chips 2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, or more to taste 4 green onions,  1 Red Bell Pepper slice and chopped (optional)   Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium, add your meat flavoring while meat is cooking, if you use  garlic fresh or powder add it now as well heat until meat is crumbly and no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes. Drain  excess grease.  Spread tortilla chips on each plate; top with ground beef, Cheddar cheese, green onions, chopped red peppers  spread out. Top with lots of cheese.  ENJOY!! Fun Nachos 1 pound ground beef 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix  3/4 cup water 1 (18 ounces) package restaurant-style tortilla chips 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, or more to taste 1 cup salsa (optional) 4 green onions,  1 Red Bell Pepper slice and chopped (optional) 1 cup sour cream (optional) Cook and stir ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until meat is crumbly and no longer pink, 5 to 10 minutes.  Drain excess grease. Stir in taco seasoning  mix and water and simmer until beef mixture has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes. Spread tortilla chips on each plate; top with ground beef, Cheddar cheese, black olives or green olives, green onions,  (we put our red pepper raw on top) red  pepper raw, salsa and sour cream. Here are some other toppings you can add as well salsa, black olives pitted drained and chopped, and the red bell pepper  if you cook it remember to put it in the ground beef no more than 5 mins. before it is cooked you do not want to overcook it. My family likes a little crunch to the  pepper so I put ours  raw over the green onions. and 1 cup sour cream.
